"I have used Mr. Shah’s services on at least four occasions including the most recent closing in March of 2018. I am an investor who purchases bank owned properties for investment. I find Sital to be personable, confidant and he knows his stuff. The reason I keep coming back to Mr. Shah is because he is very detailed oriented and constantly making the right decisions during the closing process even when I have my guard down. He always asks the right questions from the opposing attorney. The bank owned properties is a frustrating experience but Mr. Shah doesn’t seem to loose his cool and gets the job done. "Sital has been a partner and friend for our real estate needs. He has helped us with 3 home closings, one of which was a new construction purchase in 2013.
My best memory, and why we stuck with him all these years, was when we purchased our first home and as a part of the negotiations, he made the seller's lawyer amend the contract on the spot, writing in pen on the contract as Sital dictated to him. As a new home buyer, I was glad I had the professional that was in charge not just someone who does what they are told.
Sital is a busy person, sometimes you cannot get a hold of him directly, but his staff typically gets you what you need. Sometimes you will have to wait for him, but overall he keeps in contact and as long as you communicate to him and his staff you should be able to get what you need."

"I had received what I believed to be an unjust moving violation back in March. Although Mr. Shah was appointed to me through my legal plan at work, he represented me as if I were paying him directly. He went above and beyond, making 4 municipal court appearances with me over the course of 5 months.
